All tickets must be purchased online; no payments will be accepted at the camp or at registration.
1. No Refunds
The prices on the website site are final. There will be no refunds issued unless the event is cancelled.
1.1 Cancellation
Rain or shine this event will take place no matter what the weather conditions are. By making a reservation you are accepting and agreeing to our no cancellation policy.
1.2 Activity Waiver
In consideration of the risk of injury that exists while participating in STEPPIN AND GLAMPIN events; you agree to consent to the terms of the activity waiver. An Activity Waiver and Release is an agreement in which a participant agrees they understand the risks of an activity and will not sue the activity provider or facility owners for any injuries or damages. Activity providers and facility owners protect themselves from liability by asking participants to consent to the waiver agreement before participating in an activity. By providing yes during the checkout process you their participant are agreeing to the waiver.
1.3 Arrival Policy
Arrival Policy: SteppinandGlampin is enforcing a strict arrival policy. You must arrive on between the follow hours:

8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m or 12 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Our staff will only allow gate entry at those times. We will only assign tent spots during those times. We will only assist you with tent set up at those times. The office of the campground will not let you in, we have already communicated with them. If arrive any time besides those times, you will have to wait to someone from our staff conveniently lets you in. We will NOT rush to come let you into the facility or assign you a stop.
General Admission ($100) This is a FIRE SALE, the general admission tickets will increase to $125 after the firesale (first 100 tickets sold).
General admission (include free admission to all events). To further clarify your entry fee for this event pays for your attendance to SteppinandGlampin. If you bring a tent or canopy you are alloted 15×15 slot. We will only provide space for the individual who brings a tent or canopy.RV Package ($250)
RV spots – This purchase only reserves you a space for your RV. Individuals in the RV must pay the general admission fee along with everyone else.
We only have 10 RV SPOT Includes 1 RV parking spot, you must rent or bring your own RV, the RV size cannot be over 39 feet.
ATTENTION: You must have a RV!!!! If you do not have a RV you forfeit the RV spot. We will not reserve your space for tents, vehicle, or any other object. You will not get a refund, so please be sure when you purchase this space you are going to use it for a RV.There will be a small transaction fee at payment time for payment process.
Cabin Package ($200) [5 cabins were available] – SOLD OUT
CABINS
(There are 4 cabins on the campground that can be rented the prices vary between ($450-$600) for the weekend. We are requiring a down payment to reserve a cabin. If you rent one of these cabins you must still pay for a individual ticket.
